Next day services are available Monday to Fridays up to 5.30pm on some items.
We can offer Saturday delivery via Initial City Link for an extra £15.00
Unless a Saturday delivery is requested, Friday shipments will be delivered on Monday.
The chargeable weight of an individual package is the gross (or volumetric) weight rounded up to the nearest Kg.
The chargeable weight of a multi-package consignment is the aggregate total of each individual package rounded up to the nearest full Kg.
The courier will not leave goods at a neighboring address so a Day Time delivery address is preferred.
Some remote destinations in the north of Scotland may take a little longer.

We intend to process orders within 7 working days. However sometimes this could be slightly longer subject to component availability from our suppliers. We will inform you of any delays that we may encounter.
