1.  Ordering Items 

Browse our website and decide on the items you wish to order.  To send your order via fax you will need to print out a copy of our Order form

On the order form page hold down the right mouse button and select print from the menu to print the order form . 

Fill in the order form with all your details and fax it to us on 0121 530 5204. 

To email your order please follow the format of the order form and send it to our Email address sales@premiertrophies.net 

In the unlikely event that a product is not available, we will contact you to discuss suitable alternative products.  You do however have the right to cancel your order should the requested product be unavailable.

2.  Engraving Information 

If you require engraving please specify the details on the Engraving form  Print out a copy by holding down the right mouse button and select print from the menu. Then fax this to us along with your order form.  

To email your engraving details please follow the format of the engraving form and send it to our Email address.  Ensure that you relate specific engraving details to each trophy and ensure that names are spelt correctly.  

If you purchase a trophy from us then text engraving is Free on all flat plates, shield scrolls, shield fronts and record shields. 

Artwork/Origination/Set Up and Engraving charges will apply on silver plated cups, plinth bands, hip flasks, and tankards, trays, etching on crystal and glassware and laser engraving on plaques that are purchased from us.

3.  Personalized Artwork 

If you require any personalised designs then please contact us either via email or phone to discuss the best way to submit your artwork.

4. Order Confirmation

We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your order and an estimated delivery date.

5. Payment Methods

The payment methods we accept are cheque

Cheques should be made payable to Premier Trophies West Midlands.

6.  Processing Times

Generally we intend to process orders within 7 working days. However sometimes this could be slightly longer subject to component availability from our suppliers.  We will inform you of any delays that we may encounter.

7. Order Dispatch

When your order has been completed and dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email.  Alternatively we can confirm this by fax or phone.

8.  Damaged / Delayed Orders

We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the carrier. However your satisfaction is our main priority. If you have any problems with your order please contact us immediately and we will do everything possible to rectify the situation.

9.  Refunds / Returns

To return merchandise for refund or replacement, written permission must be obtained in advance. Engraved medals, plaques, crystal, acrylic and custom items cannot be returned. Returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking charge and an engraving fee, if applicable.

Any goods returned must be received in a resaleable condition for a refund to be made and please use an insured courier service.
